Public spending & reporting

This is where you can find a range of information and documents including the Whole of Government Accounts, transparency releases, COINS, financial reporting and the 2010 Spending Review - which fixed spending budgets for each Government department up to 2014-15.

  The Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) is the technical accounting guide that complements guidance on the handling of public funds published separately by the relevant authorities.

  WGA is a consolidation of the accounts of about 1500 bodies from central government, devolved admnistrations, the health service, local government and public corporations
